Your documents may be rejected or approved by automated system for different reasons.
If your proof of identity was rejected, this could be due to the quality of the photo or because you are covering details of your ID. In this case, simply resubmit the document and make sure it is in good lighting and the details must be clearly visible. If the documents are rejected by automated system even though quality of photo is good enough, these are to be reviewed by our verification team manually.
