In this case, simply resubmit the document and make sure it is in good quality, without flash reflecting and all details clearly visible. If the documents are rejected by the automated system even though the quality of the photo is good enough, these are to be reviewed by our verification team manually.
Other documents like proof of address and payment method may require manual verification so please allow some time to review your documents and our verification team will contact you via email when the process is completed, or should we require anything further.
