You may generate a report from the ‘Payments’ section of your account profile. You can click here for direct access.

If your account is closed, please send the request over email to support@slottyvegas.com and include the below information:

1.Your name and Surname

2. Your Date of Birth

3. One of the payment methods used at the casino or date you registered/closed your account  

4. Purpose of your request
