What documents do you need to verify my account?

In order to get your account verified you would need to submit a Proof of ID, Proof of Address and Payment method verification document/s. The documents must meet the following criteria: - Copy of a valid photo ID such as a passport, driver’s license or government ID card. You may upload your verification documents on the KYC Portal (, accessible through your profile. Please ensure you follow the required criteria to avoid any delays when processing the verification of your account.

How long does verification process take?

Once you have uploaded all your documents, our verification team will check and verify your account and notify you via email. We will attempt to verify your account within 24 – 48 hours, however, this may vary depending on the queue of customers. If further documentation is needed, you will be contacted by one of our team members to explain and help make the process as smooth as possible.
