What documents do you need to verify my account?

In order to get your account verified you would need to submit a Proof of ID, Proof of Address and Payment method verification document/s. The documents must meet the following criteria:


- Copy of a valid photo ID such as a passport, driver’s license or government ID card. Both sides fully visible

- Proof of address such as a utility bill, bank statement or payslip clearly displaying your name and current residential address which has been issued with the last three months. All four corners of the document must show.


In order to verify your payment method, you need to submit documents according to the chosen method of deposit.


Credit/Debit Card

Copies of both sides of the card registered and used on the your account. These copies must display the first six and last four digits of the card together with your signature at the back. For your own security and safety, we suggest that you black out the middle digits in the front and the security number at the back.



We require a screenshot of the your information showing on the E-wallet Account. You may access this from the 'Settings' section.


Bank Transfer

- A bank statement issued in the last 3 months for your bank account. This should include your bank name, bank account number, IBAN number and BIC code. All four corners of the statements are to be visible. The statement may be a hardcopy or a PDF.

- We request a PDF or screenshot showing your deposit to the Casino
