What documents do you need to verify my account?

In order to get your account verified you would need to submit an ID/Passport or driving license, proof of Address and proof of payment of all methods used. The documents must meet the following criteria:

- Valid documents with all four corners visible and in good quality without covering any details and no flash reflecting

- As proof of address we accept: utility bill, bank statement or payslip clearly displaying your name and current residential address which has been issued within the last three months. 

 

In order to verify your payment method, you need to submit documents according to the chosen method of deposit.

Credit/Debit Card

Copies of both sides of the card registered and used to deposit at the casino. These copies must display the first six and last four digits of the card together with your signature at the back. For your own security and safety, we suggest that you black out the middle digits in the front and the security number at the back.

E-wallet

We require a screenshot of the your information showing on the E-wallet Account. You may access this from the 'Settings' section.

Bank Transfer

- A bank statement issued in the last 3 months for your bank account. This should include your bank name, bank account number, IBAN number and BIC code. All four corners of the statements are to be visible. The statement may be a hardcopy or a PDF.
